#10. Korean Chicken Soup with Stuffed Whole Young Chicken (Samgyetang)

Our Korean chicken soup features a whole young chicken and our beef bone soup (seollangtang) broth. The chicken comes stuffed with glutinous rice, ginseng root, dried red dates, and garlic. The chicken is meant to be taken apart by the customer- please be cautious of bones, and keep an eye out for the wish bone! Comes with purple rice and both of our popular cabbage kimchi and radish kimchi on the side. Note: Comes with Korean sea salt on the side that must be added to the broth to taste. Add cautiously after tasting!
